Early access signups. When you join our early access list we store the email address you submit and the date of signup.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site securely.

We use your email to contact you about early access, product availability, and related updates. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We process signup data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Our application and database are hosted in Europe. Email delivery is handled by our email infrastructure provider acting as a processor on our behalf.

We keep early access signup data until you ask us to remove it or until the early access programme ends, whichever comes first.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hello@vakir.ai.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the site may be used.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of the page always reflects the latest version.
